ENBISYS has been assisting the Сlient in reaching its goals. We are helping to transform the Client's business approach while gradually adjusting their software development practices and organizational structure.

Besides conversion to modern technologies ENBISYS advised the Client to add all kinds of testing (unit tests, integration and functional tests) into their development process, We also lanunced a Knowledge Sharing program with the Client's experts.

Redesigning critical parts of the system from PL/SQL to Java EE has enabled us to:

• Improve system stability
• Optimize maintenance process
• Reduce maintenance costs

Solution

Two SCRUM teams have been set up comprising 16 members altogether. Migration from PL/SQL to Java EE is being performed by both teams and is going quite smoothly.

At the same time, we have implemented new ready-to-market features and updated all UI using Angular framework.
